Walk to work.  If that’s unreasonable, walk around your building 10 times or for what feels 10 minutes but is actually 20.  You may feel silly but that’s not a bad thing as you will elevate your heart rate between 100-130 and enter into fat-burning mode.  If your heart rate is above 131 then you’ll be working on your endurance, but no longer burning fat.  Maintain for 20 minutes 5 days per week for a weight loss plan.
