For the first half of your menstrual cycle, theoretically Days 1-14 (for a 28 days cycle), take 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds and 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds to increase progesterone and therefore likelihood of implantation.

For the second half of your cycle take 2 tbsp each fresh ground sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.  For men and women without a period (amenorrhea) starting from new moon to day before full moon eat 2 tbsp/day fresh ground organic flaxseeds.  From full moon to day before new moon take 2 tbsp/day fresh ground organic pumpkin seeds.
