If you feel the battle of the superbug coming on 1) remove sugar from your diet it lowers the immune system and is the favorite food of a bacterium 2) drink tons and tons of unsweetened liquids- water, broths, herbal teas- some of my favorites are licorice, osha, marshmallow, hisbiscus 3) take 2-3 drops of oregano oil (the pure, higher priced oned) 2-3 times per day. I’ve recently discovered that adding it to a ¼ cup of tomato juice makes a nice little Virgin Bloody Mary.
