Liberate your breasts weekly.  Tight fitting bras especially with underwear, a sedentary lifestyle and infections can cause lymphatic fluid in the underarm area to stagnate.  Stimulate your lymph fluid manually with 1) aerobic exercise especially jumping, skipping or running 2) monthly breast exams 3) breast massage.  While in the shower or with a partner gently pick up breasts from the wall of chest muscle, twist breast gently in clockwise and counter clockwise position and perform figure eight maneuvers over the chest and down over breasts. Preventing lymph fluid from stagnating may help prevent disease of the breast in the future.  Men can do a variation of this.
