big thanks to Damian Rogers for the fantastic plug for “millie says take it easy” in this week’s Eye Weekly. mild panic crept in at the thought of inheriting some rep for ‘not practicing what I preach’ while she outed me in quotations for eating ‘anything’ including coffee, chips and meat. so before the rumour spreads that I have a crap diet, let me reassure the quality of my daily which provides consistent nutritional support for the occasional junk.
