millie says redo day 1

so day 1 didn’t go that well, wasn’t entirely committed, this week is super busy with parties and functions and at the end of it is Thanksgiving, yet i’m cleansing through it. because of my upbeat devotion I’m going easier on myself this week, but also spreading out the cleanse a little longer in case more things happen, as they did yesterday, so I repeat day 1.
  • Breakfast

2 cups of water
1 cup of Dulcolax tea (Flora)
2 tablespoons salba, small handful of raw organic walnuts, organic plain yogurt, 1 banana (now they’re gone from my house), 1/3 pomegranate

  • midmorning

organic black americano
1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seeds, mix of steamed quinoa and millet with himalayan sea salt
1/2 litre water with unsweetened vitamin C powder
2 handfuls of raw almonds
I’m feeling hungry
1 cup water

  • late lunch

should have eaten sooner, feeling grumpy: mix of steamed quinoa and millet, raw sesame seeds, raw tahini, salad dressing: blueberries, lemon juice, udo’s oil, steamed cauliflower w cumin and raw olive oil

  • snack: 3 glasses water, grapes
  • dinner:

blanched kale, mix of quinoa and millet, baked mackerel stuffed with garlic and peppercorn coated in cornmeal, roasted cauliflower, parsnips and onions, raw olive oil, himalayan salt.

1 cup milk thistle tea

1 glass water
1 cup hot water with lemon
