millie says balanced sleep in energy

in order to increase energy, improve sleep patterns. it’s only at night that the body heals itself; repairs cells, bone tissue, reduces inflammation and rests.  sleeping during the day doesn’t provide the same benefits, unless it’s a 10-20 minute cat nap.  studies show that sleeping between 7-8 hours for anyone is the way to go.  more than 8 hours predisposes to stress, obesity, pain, and lethargy; under 7 hours, to the same set of problems plus mania.  if trouble sleeping is a problem then wear scarlett o’hara satin blinders so that there is absolutely no light in your room at night, dont keep a night light on as it interferes with sleep hormones, set aside a time to worry at your kitchen table from 8:30-9:00 so you dont take it to bed and finally, stop drinking so much caffeine in the afternoon!

this is meant to help.
