so much energy is wasted on ignoring the body’s signals.  if the body is talking to you, listen up!  if you crave deep fried food but feel pain or cramping afterward, take them out! if you crave sugar and simple carbs but feel sluggish and bloated within minutes of eating them, acknowledge your body’s wisdom and switch away from a gluten-based diet; if you love your dairy but literally split a gut within moments, switch to goat’s…  then you wont have to spend so much time having to self medicate the depression, ezcema, psoriasis, irritability, ibs, menstrual cramps, headaches, fatigue, lethargy…and can prevent decades of symptoms that follow having the improper diet.
