millie says soak grains in brackish water

soak grains in brackish water. back in the days of pure water and healthy sunshine, grains were kept in outdoor storage units before being hulled thus exposing them to the elements of sun and rain and morning dew. the process of moistening grains in healthy bacteria allows for the neutralization of phytic acid, a compound that keeps minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium and calcium bound to phosphate salt rather than nutritionally available in grains. these days, due to faster machinery to do the work grains are not exposed to the elements after they are harvested, thus left in their indigestible state and must be fortified with minerals instead. the result is that grains these days are apt to cause bloating, constipation, diarrhea, celiac, IBS symptoms, ezcema. if sprouting is too daunting but if this is the case then soak all grains overnight in a fermented product such as apple cider vinegar or butter milk in order to alkalinize, soften and prepare the grains for eating.

milk the underarm. not quite like the time your friend’s brother made that strange pumping action and accompanying noise with his hand on the opposite armpit…or was it you doing that? massaging the lymph nodes of the under pits dislodges breast swellings, tenderness and stagnant dwellings in the lymph nodes, sending unwanted gooberoo to clearance in the lymphatic duct, located near the heart. for breast disease prevention, males and females can take part in placing the palm of your hand under your underarm and gently pumping this armpit. move it slightly up towards shoulder and in towards body. do this 15 times on both sides.

millie says have hands placed on back

have hands placed on back. while many forms of massage exist such as acupressure, shiatsu, hot stone, aromatherapy, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, thai, reflexology and erotic, registered massage therapy in western culture is known as swedish massage, the result of a combination of moves coined in the 1700s by Swedish doctor Per Henrik Ling. involved in this type of pampering are techniques that avoid hard tissue (bones, cartilage, tumors) but move soft tissues, kneading, rolling and vibrating them to supply oxygen to the extremities and skin and return blood to the heart. resulting in a reduction of lactic acid, release of toxins and tension promoting relaxation and stimulation of muscles, ligaments, tendons, glands, nerves and circulation. As a result posture may readjust, breathing deepen, knots unravel, pain escape, stress reduce and a wonderful time be had exhaling the tensions of the day, month or year. because it increases blood’s movement without stressing that very important Valentine muscle, there’s not much risk of OD-ing on it or dong it wrong as long as it feels right, so convince someone to do it often for free gently at home, or go to a professional for the get-what-u-pay-for-means-to-a-end.

Swedish massage techniques: long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions. The usual sequence of events are:

  1. Effleurage: Gliding strokes with the palms, thumbs and/or fingertips
  2. Petrissage: Kneading movements with the hands, thumbs and/or fingers
  3. Friction: Circular pressures with the palms of hands, thumbs and/or fingers
  4. Vibration: Oscillatory movements that shake or vibrate the body
  5. Percussion: Brisk hacking or tapping

millie says decode lumps and bumps

decode lumps and bumps. lymph bodies more colloquially referred to as glands make up a parallel universe to the body’s circulatory system, following the venous circulation routes to remove debris, infection and old pathogens from the body’s blood stream. thus the lymphatic system is a major detoxifying organ system with system channels and collection depots called nodes. These nodes are found in the neck and throat, teeth, ear, collar bone, underarm and groin areas and when present as soft, swollen and tender indicate pathogenic activity in the blood stream that the body is trying to fight. Usually this activity is the result of external pathogen activity such as viral, chemical, bacterial or fungal though can also be an auto-immune reaction in that the body is recognizing proteins found in food or those created in the body itself as foreign. The white blood cells subsequently mount a tender response to clear it. In order to help clear these sore tender nodes, lymphatic drainage techniques such as hot compresses, castor oil packs, exercise, massage, drainage herbs, dry brushing can all be applied. More chronic and serious conditions can produce hard, non tender lymph nodes that may be benign or malignant tumors called lymphomas. usually a lymphoma will be biopsied to determine it’s cancer status and stage. Lipomas are non-tender rubbery growths of undigested-unutilized fat cells that have accumulated under the skin usually in areas away from the lymph nodes, though unsightly, not usually harmful may indicate a cholesterol problem. Search your body for the lumps, keep track of their appearance disappearance so you can report accurately to your doctor of choice.

you are what you eat.  in Chinese Medical philosophy life force known as essence comes to us in two forms: from our parents at conception and then again on a daily basis, from food.  So if you eat food with good essence you will have good essence.  if you eat food with good chemistry, you will have good chemistry.  if you eat living food you will have energy.  if you eat nutrient-rich health food, you will be nutrient rich.  eat what you wish to become rather than what’s convenient.
